Powered by Silencer Shop Kiosk, streamlining the NFA process to make your silencer purchase fast, easy, and hassle-free.
We gladly accept NFA transfers and will assist you with the filing process.
Our NFA transfer fee is $50.00 per item. All required filing fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you need a copy of our SOT sent to the seller or sender, please email us with the following information:
• Seller/Sender’s email address
• Your full name
• Order number
• Phone number
After your purchase, the NFA item will need to have permission to travel to us via a Form 3. It can take up to 2 weeks for the Form 3 approval, so please be patient.
Upon receipt of your NFA item we will give you a call to see which vehicle you are using to file your Form 1 or 4 (paper or electronic), you will have 14 days from us actually receiving your item to have your Form 1 or Form 4 submitted or there will be a $1 per day per item fee.
With the convenience of having a Silencer Shop kiosk in house, gathering the required data is a quick process. We'll even help with the photo. IF you elect to use Silencer Shop for your Form filing, its a quick action to attach the serial number to your account, and the process begins.

STANDARD GUIDELINES:
Upon receipt of your NFA item we will give you a call to see which vehicle you are using to file your Form 1 or 4 (paper or electronic), you will have 14 days from us actually receiving your item to have your Form 1 or Form 4 submitted or there will be a $1 per day per item fee.
Once a suppressor has been approved by ATF, you have 30 days to pickup or you WILL accrue storage fees at a rate of $5 per day, again we are limited in space and don't have the staff to continually check on your pick up status, please reach out if you need to discuss other arrangements. After 90 days of no contact we will consider your item abandoned and the Form 4 will be voided with the ATF with NO refund due to you. By sending us your suppressor or purchasing one from us you are agreeing to these terms.
*To our DEPLOYED customers-you MUST contact us if you are contemplating purchasing an NFA item while deployed.
